Who we are

Stichting FINOMAD, Graaf Wichmanlaan 58, 1405 HC Bussum, The Netherlands, is the controller for personal data processed through this website.

What we collect

This website does not use tracking cookies or third-party analytics. Where you contact us or subscribe to updates, we process only the details you provide.

Why we process it

To respond to your enquiry, to administer participation in the Foundation, and to send the updates you have asked for.

Contact requests, newsletter and processors

Contact requests and newsletter sign-ups are sent through Google Forms and stored in Google Sheets; Google acts as processor for the details you enter there, and its terms allow transfers outside the EU. The newsletter list is held by the Foundation and used only to send those updates — there is no automated unsubscribe link, so write to us and we will remove your address.

Your rights

Under the GDPR you may request access to, correction of, or erasure of your personal data, object to processing, and lodge a complaint with the Dutch Data Protection Authority (Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens).
